• REGISTRATION

The admission to Pippa Poppins is valid upon the signature of at least one of the parents. At the time of admission the parents of the child are required to provide all relevant documents as needed by Pippa Poppins.

• HOURS

The Preschool Playgroup operates Mondays to Friday from 10:00-01:00, and day care facility is for all six working days. Your child must arrive and be picked-up punctually

• ATTIRE

Children should be dressed in school uniform or as required for free and easy movement for varied activities conducted in the preschool.

• HEALTH

For health concern of other children in Pre-School, please do not bring a sick child to class. If your child has contacted a contagious illness, please inform us immediately. A doctor´s note will be required to return to class. Should your child fall ill during class, we will contact you to pick-up your child. Our teachers are not permitted to administer medication. In case of emergency we also have tie-up with some nearby hospitals.

• HOLIDAYS

Our Preschool is open all five days a week with regular classes for playgroup, pre-nursery, nursery, day care and after school on all work days. However, on public holidays we are closed.

• FEE

The monthly fee for the Preschool is payable in full, each month.

• FIELD TRIPS

The parents agree that their child may leave the Pippa Poppins premises for fieldtrips like nature walk, picnic accompanied by the preschool personnel.

• PICK- UPS

Parents agree that only those individuals who are on our pick-up list may pick-up the child from the pre-school.

• PHOTOGRAPHY

Pippa Poppins from time to time updates pictures of various events on our Website and on official portals of Pippa Poppins on different social media page. Parents agree that pictures of their children therefore may be taken and used on our Website and official social media pages as well as for other marketing initiatives.

• SNACKS

Your child will be given Lunch (e.g. vegetable- chapati, rice- dal) snack (e.g. fruit, sandwich, biscuit, juice) as per the food menu provided by Pippa Poppins from time to time. Please inform us of any allergies or food issues of your child.

• CANCELLATION

Cancellation of your registration for any reason in the Preschool Playgroup/Daycare/After School will require one month prior written notice with the reason for the cancellation. The refund would be given after three  months of date of admission. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. unpaid fees, difficulties with the child) Pippa Poppins reserves the right to cancel the registration with immediate effect with any paid-fees pro-rated and the remaining fees refunded.

Pippa Poppins values its customer and respects their privacy. We collect certain personally identifiable information when you register your child at Pippa Poppins. Pippa Poppins uses its customer information solely to contact you about your child development, new products or services, special events and promotions. Pippa Poppins does not sell, share or rent any of its customer personally identifiable information to any third party.

• TERMS & CONDITIONS

With your signature on the Pippa Poppins contract with the above terms and conditions, you agree to have read and abide by these terms and conditions. A copy of the same will be attached to your personal admission file.
